The heart of any quality firearm is the barrel. CQTWS barrels are unmatched in quality, durability and accuracy. Each barrel is 100% machined in-house with U.S. sourced materials. The difference in CQTWS barrels from the competitions is the barrels are not cold hammered forged but rather precision CNC'd in-house. The cold hammered forging process introduces intense internal stresses to the barrel material which these stresses can cause the barrel to walk or lose zero as it heats up during rapid firing. CQTWS barrels start from TGP 4150 material and set through our state of the art precihole barrel cell where the barrels are drilled, reamed and button rifled. Profiles are CNC machined in our manufacturing facility. Barrels are precision chambered to ensure the most precise barrel availalble. All barrels are quality checked throughout the manufacturing process and once passed the barrels are finished with a durable nitride coating that not only enhances performance but ensure longevity of the barrel under the heaviest of use.
